Jan 5th 2009 - Do you think it is bear hiding betwen the trees :)

OK, here is the story :)
We did have a bear visiting us this summer, so when this morning I looked int the kitchen window and saw this head, I thought that the bear is back, I even did not think it is time for them to go have some rest :) but then when it did not move for some time, I realize that it is a log, closeout picture of which is right below. :)

  2. Oh my! There IS a bear hiding in the trees! Our local roving bear seems to have begun his hibernation now, thank goodness.

  5. It looks like a bear but I wonder if it is in fact a dog, or perhaps a clever angle of a fallen tree trunk? Fess up, girl, we are dying of curiosity here....lol

  7. If it isn't a bear it could certainly pass for one.

  8. I saw it right when I clicked on your shot but then the head looks awful big. I am not a bear expect either, I think I would faint for sure if I saw one and leave my camera behind.

  9. I couldn't even imagine having a bear visiting... that first picture would have had me convinced and I would have been thankful I was inside, not out. Blessings, Nicole

  14. You had me fooled. I thought it was strange that our bear would be hibernating, but yours, being farther north, would not. I'm sooooo gullible! LOL!!
